Epic Travel Staffing is
hiring a Travel - Social Worker Case Manager

Shift: Rotating, 10x4, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Variable start time--will have a break in schedule when scheduled from days to nights
They will predominantly work the 10s: inpatient 8-630. They will be backup for the ED. They will have advance notice. We build the schedule for the entire 13 weeks and give it to them on their first day.
Weekend rotation: Every other or every third, depending on needs of the department

Requirements:

WA License
2 years of recent acute inpatient social work/case management experience required
4 years of overall social work experience required
Master’s in social work
Emergency Room Assignment: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required
BLS
Acute care case management experience is a must
EPIC experience required
Inpatient Unit: LICSW preferred. Minimum of Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) required, but proof of current supervision status needed.

Other Details:

EMR: EPIC
SW INPT (inpatient) will also be crossed trained for ED
No first-time traveler
Patient Ratios: 1:15-20
