Travel Nurse (RN) ER (Emergency Room) Perry, OK

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN - ER

Shift: Days / 6a-6:30p, 12x1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Needs to have weekend availability to be eligible to onboard

Requirements:

OK License
1 year of acute ER experience
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Previous Charge experience (preferred)
CPI, NIHSS, NRP, TNCC (preferred)

Other Details:

Charting System: Required, Meditech
Floating expectations: Due to distance, floating Float Pool.

Description:

ER RNS needed for Per Diem

**Floating expectations: Due to distance, floating between the locations will not be required but will be encouraged. Also, please note is independent from this

**Locations within Float Pool:

**Requirements

• 1 year of acute ER experience

• ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)

• CPI, NIHSS, NRP, TNCC (preferred)

• 2 supervisor References from within the last 2 years

**Orientation

• Modules:

o Healthstream Modules average 4 hours and are completed before attending Orientation

• Badge: received on first day

• Orientation:

o Orientation will be held at Perry campus and will be from 8am-6pm. First part of the day will be confirming access is working and getting a tour, then nurses will shadow workers until end of shift.

* If candidates feel well orientated after the first day, and the managers approve, then they can be moved to working status after that first orientation. If candidates feel they need a full 12hr unit orientation, then that can get scheduled and completed, before moving to working status.

Days, 0600-1830
