Travel Nurse (RN) PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) Baltimore, MD

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PICU - Bloom 4

Shift: Rotating D/N, 7a-7p/7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

MD license
2 years’ current experience in Pediatric ICU
At least 1 travel assignment
BLS; PALS; ACLS
EPIC preferred
Critical Care Certification preferred
Trauma course preferred

Other Details:

Level 1 - Designated Burn, Trauma, and Eye center for State of Maryland
Newborn to 21
Patient to nurse ratio - 2:1 or 1:1
Medical diagnoses include respiratory failure, metabolic disorders, seizure disorders, multiorgan failure, shock, toxic ingestions, ECMO; ventricular assist devices
Surgeries include extensive general, cardiac, thoracic, transplants, orthopedic, neurologic procedures
Continuous infusions and intermittent medications (Narcotics, vasopressors, diuretics, PN/IL), IVP, PCAs, PO, GT/JT
