Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12x1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- PA License
- 2 years of ICU experience
- Trauma Level I Experience
- BLS, ACLS, & NIHHS Required
- Charting Epic Experience
- Previous charge experience Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit
- Preferred Skills: Procedural Sedation Administration, CVA/Acute Stroke management, CP monitoring Dumbar drains, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Fresh tracheostomy
Other Details:
- Floating required – MS/Tele
- Accepts 1st time travelers
ICU RN needed for nightsÂ
Requirements:
-2 year of ICU experience
-Current BLS, ACLS, & NIHHS Required
-Epic Experience
Trauma Level I Experience
-Floating required – MS/Tele
-2 clinical references reflecting ICU experience, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
-Separation Period: 6 Months

-Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Obtain 12 lead EKG
- Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP)
- Epicardial Pacing Wire Care and Management
- Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
- Sheath Removal
- IV insulin protocols
- Chronic/Acute Renal failure
- CVVHD/CRRT
- Arterial line management
- Blood Product Administration
- Central line care/management
- PICC line management
- Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade
- Continuous IV sedation
- Emergency Medications
- Titrate Cardiac drips
- Titrate Vasoactive drips
- Assist with management of BiPAP
- Assist with management of CPAP
- Care of Ventilated Patient
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Interpretation of ABGs
- Suctioning (ETT, NT)
- Ventilator Management
- Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE
Preferred Skills:
- Procedural Sedation Administration
- CVA/Acute Stroke management
- ICP monitoring
- Lumbar drains
- Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal
- Fresh tracheostomy

-12 hours shifts

Orientation Details:
-1 Day of Orientation scheduled based on availability.
