Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, must be available to work one holiday, if needed

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

PT License
2 Years PT Experience
Must be experienced in Pelvic Floor Rehab - do not submit without experience
Completed post-graduate instruction is a requirement
Degree in Physical Therapy
Primary Source On-Line Verification
BLS
First Aid certification preferred
