Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Clinical Nurse Manager

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 6:45a-3p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

NY License
2 years of experience
Acute or Long Term Care experience
Nurse Manager/Supervisory experience (preferred)
Ventilator experience (preferred)
BLS (American Heart Association)
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Other Details:

Coordinates delivery of resident care; responsible for recommendation, development, and implementation of policies and procedures
Maintains operational aspects of the assigned unit in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Oversees staff schedules, staff meetings, and ongoing education of residents and families
Maintains standards of care and oversees compliance with the care planning process and facility policies
Adheres to infection control standards and safety protocols
Utilizes progressive disciplinary process including coaching and counseling
Communicates regularly with Director of Nursing; collaborates across all three shifts
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
May involve exposure to resident's blood/body fluids
Must be able to assist in evacuation of residents if necessary
