Shift: Days, 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

OR is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 year experience
Must have experience in Home Care Home Base and Pointcare
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice required
AHA BLS
