Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirements: No weekends

On Call Requirements: No On call

Requirements:

HI state PT license
2 years PT experience required
1 year PT home health experience
BLS AHA
CPR
Homecare Home Base and OASIS
Bachelors degree required
Travel experience preferred
Master preferred
