Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Management

Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 10x4 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

WA or Compact License
5 years experience
must have ED and acute hospital CM experience
Skills required: experience with below patient types, Case Management and Discharge Planning, strong assessment skills, ability to discharge patients including those with difficult social circumstances such as homelessness to the next location or level of care such as home health, SNF, IP, LTAC, shelter, Assisted Living
BLS
BSN
EPIC experience preferred

Other Details:

No First time traveler
Floating: Throughout hospital
Scrub color: any solid color scrub or business casual attire
