Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience, ENT, GEN, GYN, NEURO/CRANI/SPINE, ORTHO, UROLOGY, VASCULAR, ROBOTICS
- 3 years of experience in an operating room setting
- High School diploma
- CST
- BLS
- NBSTSA
