Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim - Director Nursing
Shift: Non Exempt, Days
Length: 11 weeks
Requirements:
- MN License
- Three (3) years of experience in nursing service administration with line management responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to collect, compare, sort, and prioritize information.
- Ability to make effective decisions for groups of residents and workers.
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and manage stress effectively.
- Successful management experience.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Willingness to actively engage at clinical, administrative, and managerial levels.
- Master’s degree in nursing or Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a Master’s degree in business or a health-related field
- Will consider candidates who commit to completing the required degree within six (6) months from application date
- Gerontological Certification
- BLS
- Previous experience in long term care, home health or acute care nursing preferred
- Heavy experience with Senior Living preferred

The Pay Range for this position is $1,800 - $3,200. Please note that all pay rates are gross weekly pay estimates. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, shift, skill set, location and stipends, etc
