Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele Float Pool - Zone 4
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks
6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
Is there a call or standby requirement? Rare, for low census
Requirements:
- KS license
- 2 years of MS-Tele experience in the last 3 years
- NIHSS
- AHA ACLS
- AHA BLS
- Prefer prior neuro experience
- Prefer Alaris and EPIC experience
Other Details:
- Charting System: EPIC
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients "Population: Adults- Geriatrics, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, Renal, Urology-post surgicals, General Surgery-post appy, Gynecology, Psych/Detox, ENT, General Medicine, stable long term placement patients, and more
- Nurse:Patient Ratios 1:5-6 based on acuity
- May be asked to float into any other acuity level; ICU (take low acuity holds within skillset), PCU/Stepdown, & MS-Tele
- What units are included in the float pool Mutliple units ranging for General MS-Tele into various specialities from Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, & ED Obs
- Radius: 60 Miles
