Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cardiac Sonographer - EKG Lab
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- BLS
Other Details:
- Performs 2-dimensional, color Doppler and Doppler of the heart echocardiograms. Also performs stress and dobutamine echocardiograms, which requires a high level of knowledge to interpret and analyze test performance and results.
- Must be proficient and knowledgeable in non-imaging continuous Doppler to perform effective results for diagnosing and imaging abnormal pathologies
- Local accepted
Must have mastered all phases of echocardiography in order to be proficient in diagnosing the following:
- Wall motion abnormalities
- Left ventricular regional wall abnormalities
- Pericardial, pleural effusion
- Connections of stenotic and regurgitant lesions and
- Congenital abnormalities
