Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU - 3 South Cardiac

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW, No call

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH License
• 2+ Years of Experience required
• Post-operative open heart care experience required
• Chest tube and other drain management Experience required
• Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access required
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including: reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms required
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities required
• Experience with the following procedures and equipment (assisting with chest tube removal, assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems required
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• Critical Care Experience highly preferred

• All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set
