Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Cardiac Telemetry 4 West

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, Willa consider 48hrs, EOW, major holiday

Length: 11 Weeks

Requirements:

• VA license
• 1 year recent acute care experience
• 1 year travel experience
• Telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must pass EKG Exam at Orientation
• Ratio*: 1:4–5
• Patient Population: Pre/Post cath patients, mixed telemetry unit, post strokes, Afib, CHF exacerbation
• Drips: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin (non-titratable)
• Lines/Drains/Devices: Peripheral IVs, telemetry monitoring, Hoyer lifts
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, LifPak defibrillators, glucometers, Dynamaps, Kangaroo pumps
• Oxygen: Nasal cannula, may include higher-level oxygen
• Floating: To other Med/Surg units is possible
• No Local Candidates (no candidates within 50-mile radius)
