Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Outpatient

Shift: Variable / Between 7a-6p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday
Length: 13 weeks

Holiday coverage if required

Requirements:

• 2 years CURRENT PT experience
• Previous Rehab Experience
• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy 
• AHA BLS
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous experience working with PTA's preferred

Other Details:

• NPI must be provided after start 
• Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
• Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
