Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN - PreOp
Shift: Variable Days / 6:30a to 9a start time, 8x1, 8 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Candidates must be willing to work 10 or 8 hour shifts
Requirements:
- CA License
- 2 years of recent Pre-Op/PACU experience
- Ambulatory/Outpatient experience
- Strong IV skills(Must be able to start and maintain)
- Conscious Sedation Experience
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- Epic Experience preferred
Other Details:
- Epic
- Flu required(no exemptions)
- 1:1 Staffing ratio
- Endo and Colonoscopy patients
Pre-Op/PACU RN’s are needed for per diem
Requirements
2 years of recent Pre-Op/PACU experience
Ambulatory/Outpatient experience required
BLS / ACLS AHA only
Strong IV skills(Must be able to start and maintain)
Conscious Sedation Experience
Current California License
2 Supervisor or Manager references with 2 years of start – can submit with 1 reference

Orientation Details
Candidates will complete 4 hours of modules prior to start
No formal orientation provided – candidates will be shadowed for first cases on first day but expected to hit the ground running
Shift Detail
*Candidates must be willing to work 10 or 8 hour shifts
Day(Monday – Friday) 8 hour shifts
8 hour shifts (starting time 630a – 9a)
Additional Details
- MUST have 2 year separation period from all cedars affiliated hospitals (Cedars and Huntington)

- Parking – No Cost / client will validate
- Solid Color Clean Scrubs – Black preferred
- 10 Bed / 3 room surgery center / 38 Daily Average Census
- 1:1 Staffing ratio
- Endo and Colonoscopy patients
