Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Emergency Department

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, No on call required

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH License
• 2 years' experience
• 1+ year minimum of travel experience
• Work Experience 1 year of RN experience (required) 
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Ability to use the EPIC electronic health record system
• Dysrhythmia exam required - study guide available in Simplify library
• 2+ years' experience; preferred in emergency department within the last 5 years
• Recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience (preferred)
• Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
• TNCC preferred

Other Details:

• Bed amount – 18 beds
• Drips – ACLS drips as needed
• Lines/Drains/ Specific devices used – Alaris IV Pumps
• Machines – Nonspecific
• Oxygen – No respiratory therapy on site, nursing responsible for breathing treatments. Physicians would complete intubation and RNs would assist in setting up the transport ventilator.
• Patient population – Urban, low socioeconomic status population
• Support staff (if applicable) – No HUC or ED Tech on site; Physicians, registration, lab, and radiology are on site.
