Shift: Days / 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 52 Weeks

Requirements:

• CO License
• 3+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years nursing leadership experience
• BSN required
• MSN or Master’s in health-related field required
• AHA BLS
• ANCC/Magnet-recognized certification

2nd level manager reporting to Director

Responsible for daily operations, staffing, and budget oversight • Develops departmental strategic plan and performance metrics • Ensures regulatory, quality, and safety compliance • Hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary authority
