Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, No on-call or weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WI License
- 2 Years Experience
- Wound Care Experience
- BLS
- Home Care Home Base-HCHB Highly Desired if they don't have this experience Matrix Care is acceptable or any Electronic Medical Record
