Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OR Tech - CST
Shift: Days/ 6:45a-3:15p, 8x4, 32hrs/week, M-F
Length: 13 Week
call once/twice a wk 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6wks) M-F 0900-1730, 1100-1930 or 1500-2330; occasionally (once every 13wks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930. Will cover wknd call approx every 3rd/4th wknd Fri 1515-Mon 0645, rotating holidays
Requirements:
- 1 year of Ortho/Neuro OR experience. ortho, neuro, total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar fusions, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases
- Must register with the board
- Experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo
- CST or NCCT, ND UAP
- BLS
Other Details:
First to float
MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day) If refused supplemental time of an not getting paid- RDO day), Ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume
