Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend
Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed
Requirements:
- CA License
- 1 year experience working OT
- Must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form)
- BLS
- Home setting experience is preferred
Other Details:
- EMR: Cerner
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
