Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Neuro Med/Surg - Acute

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend both shifts
Holiday Requirement: Every other

Requirements:

• IL License
• 1 Year Experience
• Must have' skills: Must have level 1 trauma experience
• Must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit
• Must have previous travel experience
• Must have heparin gtt experience
• AHA BLS
• NIHSS

Other Details:

• No first time travelers
• Charting System: EPIC
• Local with permanent addresses within 50 miles
• # Beds: 54 beds (2 semi private)
• Nurse: Patient Ratios: Day shift 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6
• Floating Requirements: Float in rotation with rest of staff. General unit traveler floats to general unit floor - takes full team. If floated outside of general unit, in case of urgent need, would only do skills competent to do & be assigned with a nurse trained for that particular unit
