Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN - Pediatrics
Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NJ License
- Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Peds experience
- Required Experience with Chemotherapy/Oncology experience required, breastfeeding support, feedings, IV therapy/Phlebotomy skills, Seizure disorders, Administration of chemotherapy, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Renal/Genitourinary skills
- AHA BLS
- PALS
- APHONN, OCN preferred
- Preferred experience with Endocrine/Metabolic skills, Placement of oral/nasogastric tubes, Neuromuscular disease, Body fluid handling post chemo, Monitoring chemotherapy (does not initiate)
Other Details:
- Charting system: Epic
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
Pediatric RNs are needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Peds experience
- Active RN License
-Current AHA BLS, PALS
-Highly Preferred: APHONN, OCN
-Unit Details: General pediatrics, Pediatric MedSurg, Pediatric Oncology
-Required Experience with Chemotherapy/Oncology experience required, breastfeeding support, feedings, IV therapy/Phlebotomy skills, Seizure disorders, Administration of chemotherapy, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Renal/Genitourinary skills
-Preferred experience with Endocrine/Metabolic skills, Placement of oral/nasogastric tubes, Neuromuscular disease, Body fluid handling post chemo, Monitoring chemotherapy (does not initiate),
- 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
- Cancellation Policy: 3 instances of last-minute shift cancellations (defined as within 24–48 hours of the scheduled shift), will be subject to review by the facility to be cancelled or a final warning.

- Shift Times: 1900-0730
Orientation Details:
1 day computer training at home, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a
Additional Details:
- Charting system: Epic
- Scrubs color: Navy Blue
- 1-year separation for previous staff
- Parking is free in any unrestricted space. Security is not stationed in the garage but is directly next to the entrance. Garage is monitored via camera by security
- Clinicians can only pick up 2-shifts per week maximum
