Travel Nurse (RN) – LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) – Berlin, Wisconsin – 894705

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – LTC

Shift: Nights / 5:30p-6a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW, Holiday as needed

Length: 13 weeks

Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Requirements:

• WI license
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Nursing Home experience (Post acute & LTC) required
• Education: Associates
• AHA BLS
• Travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

• Local Candidates Accepted
• Float : Ability to float. Rehab & LTC patients
• 20 bed long term and 17 bed rehab
• RN Patient Ratio is 1:17-20 (may only be 1 RN from 0000-1530 at times) 
• Scrub Colors: Black
