Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker (LMSW) – Case Management

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WA License
  • At least 2 years of hospital CM experience across different units.
  • Must have case management and discharge experience
  • Travel experience
  • Med Surg Acute Care Skills
  • BLS
  • Utilization management experience is helpful but not required

Other Details:

  • EMR: Epic, Cerner
  • Avg Daily Census: 18-20
  • Float: Case manager responsibilities include care coordination, and discharge planning
Open to MSW Care Manager (& have EITHER Associate clinical license or LCISW) or RN Care Manager. Requires a 1) Masters in social work and 2)Washington-issued post-MSW license such as the licensed social work associate independent clinical. (The associate licenses are the precursor to the “full” social work licenses.) Please confirm with submission clinician has the required docs.

Must have case management and discharge experience. Utilization management experience is helpful but not required.

Will take local candidates at travel rate.
