Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC

Shift: Nights, 10p-6:30a, 8×5, 40hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WA License 
  • 2 years of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
  • Previous travel experience is required
  • Previous Charge Experience required
  • BLS

Other Details:

  • Charting: Net Solutions
  • First-Timers not accepted
  • Considered “local” within 50 mile radius
  • Float typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
  • Ratios: 1:15-25
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

Long Term Care LPN

– Start Date: ASAP
– Shift: 8hr Nights
– Ratios: 1:15-25
– Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
– First-Timers Accepted: No, previous travel experience is required.
– Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
– Certs REQ: BCLS
– Is On-Call REQ?: No
– Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes – Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
– Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
– Pending License Accepted: Yes

– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period

– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
