Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker – Case Management

Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10×4, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation: Weekend work will be expected and although the unit will try to work on EOW, that an flex depending on the staffing needs of the unit

Requirements:

• WA License
• 2-3 years acute care (SW & CM experience)
• General skills as a social worker
• BLS
• LICSW
• Experience with these social determinants is a huge plus

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Floating throughout hospital
• First-time traveler accepted
• Patient Ratios: Matrix for staffing 1:15
• Able to work with a diverse group.  Comfortable with homeless and bilingual and work within the expectations of the hospital
