Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker – Case Management
Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10×4, 40hrs per week
Length: 18 weeks
Weekend rotation: Weekend work will be expected and although the unit will try to work on EOW, that a flex depending on the staffing needs of the unit.
Holiday Expectations: Staff holidays like weekends, 1 summer or 1 winter
Requirements:
- LICSW WA license required
- Minimum 2-3 years acute care (SW & CM experience) years of experience
- BLS
Other Details:
- Beds: 226 beds
- Will accept a first-time traveler
- Patient Types: All areas within hospital NICU, ICU, PEDS, MS, Telemetry, Oncology
- Patient Ratios: Matrix for staffing 1:15, assigned to a unit with a RN.
- Floating: Throughout hospital
- EMR: EPIC
