Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker Case Manager
Shift: Mid / 3p start time, 10×4, 40hrs per week
Length: 26 weeks
Scheduling: weekend rotation is one weekend a month, No call
Requirements:
- WA License
- 2 Years Experience
- BLS
- MSW & LICSW or LSWAIC
- Skills required: EPIC experience, drug and alcohol screens, assist with challenging patient placements, BH referrals, assist with Tele pysch evals with 3rd party provider, schedule family visits for patients who cannot have visitors, discharge planning, end of life conversations

- Patient Types: Medical Surgical, ICU, Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, ER coverage on weekend
