Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker – Home Health & Hospice
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs/week
Length: 12 weeks
Requirements:
- VT LMSW required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Epic experience is required in the past 24 months
- BLS
May also be expected to cross cover adult home health, hospice and community hospice as needed
EMR is netsmart, converting to Epic
