- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT, ACLS required; NY license required in hand to submit 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Foreign education must be verified if applicable 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 NIGHTS 1900P-0730A, on call required, 4 weekend rotating shifts a month, candidates will float 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours, total may reach 10 hours, excess over 5 hours non-billable, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Hamilton Vent, Servo-U, NKV330, V60, Servo ventilators, Nihon Khoden Noninvasive vents, Aerogen nebulizer, BAN nebulizers, Airvo humidification/high-flow, Volara OLE therapy Critical: Contract length 13 weeks, 24 orientation hours, multiple submissions allowed.
