- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2 years of critical care experience REQUIRED; PICU or ED experience REQUIRED 2. Cases: Peds and Adult critical care experience REQUIRED; ER and Adult ICU work setting experience 3. Certifications: State license required, BCLS by AHA, ACLS, CRTT; AHA preferred; RRT certification listed 4. License: MI License must be active by start date; compact license not accepted in MI 5. Education: All allied candidates must provide proof of HS level education (strict requirement) 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic experience preferred with training completed in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 3x 12 hr Nights; every third weekend required; call required every other and every third 8. RTO: 5 day maximum RTO policy per contract; RTO needs to be submitted at time of profile/submission 9. Returning Staff: If core staff member leaves, must wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no local radius rule 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, 5 hours margined outside of 12hrs NBO; completed pre-start; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
