Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 2 or more years of IV Compounding experience with both non-hazardous and hazardous/chemotherapy 2. Cases: IV Compounding, sterile compounding of all IV and hazardous drug/chemotherapy 3. Certifications: CPht required, MD State License required, IV Certification preferred, Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification 4. License: MD State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating shifts (6am-230pm; 8am-430pm; 1pm-930pm, 2pm-1030pm); on-call not required; flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays required 8. RTO: 1 request per contract; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4-6 hours average, non-billable and factored in NBO; completed during orientation and annually via Relias/Net Learning portal 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14.
