Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required 2. Cases: Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred 3. Certifications: PharmD, Critical Care PGY2 required 4. License: Valid LA License or Compact License due at time of submission; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage every other 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Travelers can only submit to 1 campus at a time; accepts first time travelers 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at time of submission along with personal statement 12.
