Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – OR Tech – First Assist
Shift: Variable Days / 7a-7:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs/week, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri
Length: 13 weeks
Weekday call: Coverage from the end of the scheduled shift through 07:00 AM the following morning.
Weekend and holiday call: Coverage from 07:00 AM to 07:00 AM the following day.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a surgical tech first assist
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a certified surgical technician program and a recognized first assistant training program
- Surgical Technologist Certification (Equivalency)
- BLS
Other Details:
- First assists will be expected to cover the surgical tech role as needed throughout the week
- Flu Vaccination or Declination (Equivalency)
