Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; 2 years experience as cv or surgical technologist required 2. Cases: Patient Ratio Experience: 1 3. Certifications: BLS required; CST, NBSTSA, NCCT required; ACLS/BLS/NIHSS required with submission 4. License: License in-hand required with submission; Nursys required with submission 5. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of Baxter Health's surgical technologist training program 6. EMR: Cerner charting system; Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; 5 x 8 hour shifts per week 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off: one; RTO required with submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles local radius; locals not accepted; travel experience highly preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
