Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele – 7th General Surgery – Electronic

Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13-16 weeks

Requirements:

  • NC License
  • 2 Years experience (accept 1.5 w/ strong experience)
  • IV Start and Telemetry
  • BLS

Other Details:

  • UNIT WILL Accept 1st timer
  • Locals Accepted
  • Target Ratios: 1:6
  • Float Requirement: Occasionally
  • UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, SBAR, EPIC
  • SCRUBS: navy blue or white

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years. (accept 1.5 w/ strong experience)
Travel experience: UNIT WILL Accept 1st timer.
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: IV Start and Telemetry.
Certs: BLS

JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:6.
Will accept 13-26 Weeks
*36 can be offered.
12 HR NIGHTS
*block scheduling requests will be reviewed by unit manager on a case to case basis
Float Requirement: Occasionally.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Patient Population: Surgery patients (colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics/spine).

UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, SBAR, EPIC

SCHEDULING TYPE: Self Scheduling based on unit needs and with NM input.

UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours

SCRUBS: navy blue or white
