Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele C43

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

On Call/Weekend Requirement: no on call; every other weekend required

Requirements:

  • DC License
  • 2 Years Experience of med/surg, MS/Tele, accessing ports, pre/post neuro surgery, peripheral nerve block catheters, chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac
  • BLS
  • Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment
  • Experience with Colostomy care, Feeding tube care and management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, IV Therapy, Heparin, PCA, Surgical drains, Portable Oxygen tank, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac and Cerner preferred
  • Previous Charge Experience preferred
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
Float requirement: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
Requires all travelers have the flu vaccination
May come into contact with Covid Patients

Float requirement: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
Local within 60 Miles of facility

Requirements:
– Pending DC RN license accepted but MUST have license prior to start date(***Aya Paid OPEN LICENSE PROJECT***)
– BLS
– 2 years of experience: med/surg, MS/Tele, accessing ports, pre/post neuro surgery, peripheral nerve block catheters, chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac
