Travel Nurse (RN) – Tele (Telemetry) – Cleveland, OH – 764131

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele PK3

Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Must work at least every other holiday

Requirements:

• OH/Compact License in hand
• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience
  
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior start
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• Acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate

Nights shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
*2 recent references from a manager, ANM,
supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED
PBDS Assessment – waived
ECG rhythm recognition test
and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Traveler must work at least every other holiday

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
