Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Tele – Merritt 3 Surgical 48’s

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, EOW, No call

Length: 26 weeks

Requirements:
  • ME License
  • 2 years of Med/Tele experience
  • General post-surgical experience is a MUST
  • BLS
Other details:
  • EMR: Cerner
  • IV pumps: Alaris
  • Medication dispensing: Pyxis
  • May also rarely by required to float to Med/Surg
  • Float: Rarely, if so only to the other cardiac unit (RN and Tech)
  • Level 2 Trauma Center
  • 411 Beds
  • Beds: (48) on Merritt 3
  • Patient Types: Surgical: Bariatric: Gastric Bypass, Gastric sleeve
  • Vascular surgical patients comprise a large portion of our patient population
  • Patient Ratios: RN: Day: 1:4-5 Night: 1:5-6
Units: Merritt 3 Surgical
