Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Progressive Care/Stepdown
 
Shift: Variable D/N / 7a-7p/7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
 
2 weekend shifts per pay period, nights, holiday rotation

Requirements: 
  • AZ license
  • Minimum 1 year PCU experience
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • 1 year ICU and/or CVICU experience preferred
Others:
  • EKG knowledge skills – IV Cardiac Medication administration. Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Vents, Chest Tubes, Epidural Catheters, PCA pumps, Transvenous pacing, Arterial or Venous Sheath pulling/care
  • Floats to the ICU and/or CVICU preferred so basic critical care skills – Arterial lines, sheath pulls
  • Ratio of this unit. (nursing only): 1RN to 3-4 PCU patients depending on acuity
