Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PICU 4F
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, 5 weekend shifts in 6 weeks
Length: 13 weeks
Holiday Requirement: potentially- expect to work at least 1 during a contract
Requirements:
- ID License
- MUST have 2 years of PICU experience
- Required to titrate drips
- BLS
- PALS
Other Details:
- Ok with first time travelers
- Radius rule of 50 miles
- Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation – EpicCare Inpatient – EMR
- # of Beds: 12 (in summer census is around 4, and winter months 6).
- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Trach/vent, DKA, respiratory, surgical (trachs, g-tubes, shunts, hernia repairs, seizures) no cardiac
