Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Operating Room

Shift: Variable Days, 7a-5:30p or 9a-7:30p, 10×4, 40hrs per week, 12 hours 7a-7p optional

Length: 13 weeks

OnCall Details: 3-4 shifts of call per 6w average could fluctuate due to department needs 
Weekend Call shifts per unit requirements

Requirements:

  • CO License
  • At least 1 year of travel experience
  • AHA BLS
  • Associate Degree in Nursing is required
  • 1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred 
Other Details:
  • Skills Set: able to circulate a variety of cases (spine, ortho, davinci, sports med, ENT, Plastics, urology, general) 
  • Floating required
Floating may be required to all other location within (60) miles of the original assignment
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
               • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
               • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
                              o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
                              o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
 
               • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
               • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
