Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Medical Surgical – Nrs Gen Med 48’s
Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×4, 48hrs per week, Will also accept 36’s, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- MO License
- 1 Year Experience
- IV start required
- BLS
- NIH
- General Med Surg Experience–would prefer Level I/Teaching experience, but not required
Other Details:
- Charting: EPIC
- Float to neurosurgery or SDU
- First-timers accepted
- No Locals, must be at least 75 miles from facility
- Ratios: 1:4-5
- Patient Diagnoses: Neurology, neurosurgery and stroke patients in a Magnet designated, level 1 trauma, certified stroke center at an academic healthcare facility.
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
Special Requirements:
– General Med Surg Experience–would prefer Level I/Teaching experience, but not required
– Patient Diagnoses: Neurology, neurosurgery and stroke patients in a Magnet designated, level 1 trauma, certified stroke center at an academic healthcare facility.
– Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pre- and Post-Operative spine surgeries and craniotomies, admissions from home/clinic/ED, transfers from step-down unit and ICU.
– Off-site telemetry monitoring with telemetry techsSpecial Equipment: Bladder Ultrasound
