Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – CCU 2NE
Shift: Variable D/N, 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call, every other weekend
Requirements:
- DC license
- 2 Years Experience
- Must have experience with conscious sedation & vents
- BLS, ACLS

- Charting: Cerner
- Unit will accept a 1st time traveler accepted with adequate experience
- LOCAL within 60 Miles of Facility:
- Float Requirement: required to float to other units within level of acuity
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Unit Beds: 22
- Type of facility: Short Term Acute Care; Teaching Hospital *Top 50 heart and vascular centers in the country*
- Total Staffed Beds: 748
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions
2NE CCU CVICU
Shift: 3×12 Day/Night 7:00-19:30/19:00-07:30
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call, every other weekend
Float Requirement: required to float to other units within level of acuity
LOCAL WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
Requirements:
– DC RN Licensure – Pending DC license accepted but MUST have license prior to start date and proof of application with submittal (*Aya Paid OPEN LICENSE PROJECT*)
– ACLS
– BLS
– 2 years of experience: must have experience with conscious sedation & vents
*unit will accept a 1st time traveler accepted with adequate experience*
