Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

On-call required? Yes rotate with local staff or per agency contract agreement

Requirements:
  • OR License
  • 1 Year Experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • TNCC
1st Timers Ok
Float between units
Ratios: 1 nurse to 1-2 pts in ICU, or 1 nurse to up to 5 pts on med surg
Scrub Color: All: Any Color; Scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED and Maternal Child
Charting: Epic

Intensive care unit travel nurse jobs, otherwise known as critical care unit (CCU) travel nurse jobs, specialize in providing care to the most acutely ill patients in the hospital. An ICU travel nurse might work in ICU burn unit, abdominal transplant acute care, neuro ICU, post-op, surgical ICU (SICU), trauma ICU or cardiovascular ICU (CVICU). Critical care nurses may also care for age-specific patients in the pediatric ICU (PICU) or neonatal ICU (NICU).
