Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU 48’s

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, will accept 36hrs, no call, rotating weekends

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • NM License
  • 2 years experience required
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • CPI, NIH, PALS, TNCC preferred
  • Previous Charge Experience preferred
  • Electronic Documentation preferred
  • LTAC Experience preferred
  • Trauma Level II Experience preferred

Other Details:

  • First Time Travelers accepted with 2-3 years experience in Progressive ICU
  • Documentation System: EPIC
  • Must be 50 miles from facility
  • Patient ratios: ICU 1:2, IMC 1:4
  • Float is required


ICU RN – NIGHTS

2 years experience required

First Time Travelers accepted with 2-3 years experience in Progressive ICU


Option of 36 or 48hrs


*Must be 50 miles from facility

*Anything over 48 hours considered overtime for a 48 hour contract

Intensive care unit travel nurse jobs, otherwise known as critical care unit (CCU) travel nurse jobs, specialize in providing care to the most acutely ill patients in the hospital. An ICU travel nurse might work in ICU burn unit, abdominal transplant acute care, neuro ICU, post-op, surgical ICU (SICU), trauma ICU or cardiovascular ICU (CVICU). Critical care nurses may also care for age-specific patients in the pediatric ICU (PICU) or neonatal ICU (NICU).
