Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Home Health – Continuing Care

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×3, 36 hours per week, Every other weekend

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• SC/Compact License
• At least 1 year Home health experience
• Experience with wound care, pleurx, infusion, venipuncture, case management, SOC Therapy
• Experience with geriatric/pediatric, chronic disease management, maintenance OASIS- E
• Experience Geographic area
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• AHA BCLS
• BSN preferred
• HCHB – EMR experience
