Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – CVICU 4 South

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36hrs pe week, EOW Required

Length: 13 weeks


  • MD License 
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • 1 year of experience, except HICU which requires 2 years
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Cerner
  • NIH – Preferred
  • TCAR – Preferred
  • TNCC – Preferred

Oher Details:

  • Will float, Candidates will float within hospital, within scope
  • No first time travelers
  • Locals accepted at same rate
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical Exemptions Only

Cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) travel nurse jobs provide care to acutely ill patients who are recovery from cardiothoracic (CTICU) conditions or events, such as open heart surgery, AAA repairs and CABC. A CVICU travel nurse must be capable of administering care on a full spectrum, from clinical tasks such as medical history analysis and diagnostic testing, to personal care such as counseling patients and family regarding home-care and wellness. Overall, the CVICU nurse treats some of the most acutely ill patients in the hospital, and must do so safely and compassionately.
